HRBP MANAGER EMPLOYER RELATIONS & PMO

Reporting to the expatriate HR Director (Brazil and Mexico)
RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
Structure in Brazil with approximately 200 employees;
Acting as PMO for all HR topics;
Daily interaction with the world to implement and standardize policies and processes, following Brazilian legislation;
Implement improvements in local HR processes (tropicalize);
Support in the construction of Employer Branding with the Global Legal interface;
Review of local salary grids and benefits, aligned with the global;
Know about union and labor relations;
Interaction with CSC Global;
Improvements in processes, such as salary proposals, promotions, talent reviews and performance reviews;
Timeline management;
Internal system for salary review;
Management timeline;
Responsible for ensuring processes by local standards;
Manage compliance with HR structures;
Establish good relationships with unions to improve collective agreements focusing on the Company and its employees;
It is important to manage and adhere to deadlines while also following labor regulations and protocols and receiving assistance from the Operations and CSC departments;
Support to BPs in customizing and improving their processes;
The go-to person for all matters related to union and labor relations in the organization. The area of expertise covers all the necessary processes involved in managing these aspects effectively.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
Generalist experience in the HR area, working in union and labor relations, including PMO;
Experience working in global structures or positions;
Fluent English is mandatory;
Willingness to travel.
