HR Manager

Our client is one of the world's leading transportation companies. Reporting to the CEO of Brazil, the HR Manager will be responsible for implementing and professionalizing all functions in the HR area.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources functions, including Recruitment, Training and development, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Labor relations and Benefits

  • Act as a strategic partner to the company's leadership

  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with organizational goals

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent

  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective transition

  • Coordinate training and development programs to promote professional growth of employees

  • Oversee performance management, including performance evaluations and individual development plans

  • Maintain positive labor relations and effectively resolve conflicts

  • Management benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies that support the company's strategic objectives

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and applicable regulations

  • Supporting the company's growth in LATAM operations
