HRBP MANAGER EMPLOYER RELATIONS & PMO

Reporting to the expatriate HR Director (Brazil and Mexico)

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Structure in Brazil with approximately 200 employees;

  • Acting as PMO for all HR topics;

  • Daily interaction with the world to implement and standardize policies and processes, following Brazilian legislation;

  • Implement improvements in local HR processes (tropicalize);

  • Support in the construction of Employer Branding with the Global Legal interface;

  • Review of local salary grids and benefits, aligned with the global;

  • Know about union and labor relations;

  • Interaction with CSC Global;

  • Improvements in processes, such as salary proposals, promotions, talent reviews and performance reviews;

  • Timeline management;

  • Internal system for salary review;

  • Management timeline;

  • Responsible for ensuring processes by local standards;

  • Manage compliance with HR structures;

  • Establish good relationships with unions to improve collective agreements focusing on the Company and its employees;

  • It is important to manage and adhere to deadlines while also following labor regulations and protocols and receiving assistance from the Operations and CSC departments;

  • Support to BPs in customizing and improving their processes;

  • The go-to person for all matters related to union and labor relations in the organization. The area of expertise covers all the necessary processes involved in managing these aspects effectively.

    REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Generalist experience in the HR area, working in union and labor relations, including PMO;

  • Experience working in global structures or positions;

  • Fluent English is mandatory;

  • Willingness to travel.
